K-pop megastar Crush finds success in Europe
One of the brightest stars on the Korean pop scene, Crush has a reputation as a solid performer whenever and wherever he appears live. You, too, can now spend an evening hearing him sing many of the hits that have made him a sensation across his native South Korea and beyond! Crush tickets are ready now to buy or sell via StubHub.
Crush charts success with musical partnerships
The South Korean R&B singer known to the world as Crush was born Shin Hyo-seob in 1992 and came to early prominence with two singles, "Red Dress" in 2012 and "Crush on You" in 2013, which were well received in a country known for idolising young entertainers. 2014 saw the release of his first album, "Crush on You", which peaked at number 6 on the Gaon music charts thanks in large part to the singles "Hug Me" and "Sometimes", both top 10 hits on the local singles charts. Many of the songs on this album were collaborations with other established K-pop stars like Zico, Zion.T and Gray. One such effort with Zion.T, "Just", entered the Gaon charts at number 1 in 2015 and later garnered a Best Collaboration award at the Mnet Asian Music Awards and another, this time with female artist Taeyeon, "Don't Forget", won first place on "Show Champion", one of the many music television shows that are an integral part of Korean pop culture. Crush tickets are available now for purchase or sale via StubHub.
Enjoy an evening of R&B with Crush
Crush, who counts himself as a member of the hip-hop collective Fanxychild, scored another huge hit with the single "Fall" (Gaon No.2) after the release of his "Wonderlust" extended play in 2016 and followed that up with "Wonderlost" in 2018, featuring the single "Bittersweet". A tour in support of this album saw Crush head to North America, where he played cities such as Toronto, New York, Dallas and Los Angeles. This critically acclaimed artist is the recipient of a few awards, including the 2018 Best Icon Award, which is pretty impressive considering the plethora of talent in the Korean pop universe. If you're part of the audience at a Crush concert, you can expect beautiful, haunting ballads ("Beautiful"), pulsing R&B tracks ("Sometimes"), flashy dance moves and a fair amount of audience interaction. If you want a good idea of how popular this guy is, check out a few of his YouTube music videos and gawk at the gaudy numbers he racks up… then reach for your computer because Crush tickets are available now for purchase or sale via StubHub.
